Can you use Geogebra to solve the problem? Below are two videos showing how to graphically solve this problem in Geogebra. The first video shows how to solve the given problem, while the second video shows how to add sliders so you can vary the distance apart and the speeds that the cyclists travel. The instructions for making the graphs were clear, but it was sometimes annoying because you wanted to make the graph while watching the video but because to be able to see the characters on the screen you had to make the video clip bigger so that was not possible. I think this piece of software is a good piece of software to be able to use. It was a good idea but it needs a little bit of fine tuning to make it perfect.
