    Usain Bolt runs 9.64 secs for 100m

    Therefore average speed = distance/time
    = 100/9.64
    = 10.3734439834025 m/s-1

    Km per hr = 10.3734439834025 x 3.6
    = 37.344398340249

    Therefore Usain Bolt runs at 37 km/hr (nearest km)
